Solar Impulse 2 just completed the first solar and zero-emission transatlantic flight

A new step has been taken, leaving New-York JFK airport on June 20, the solar airplane of Bertrand Piccard and André Borschberg, landed at the Seville Airport in Spain, this Thursday June 23, covering a distance of 6'765 km (4'203 miles). The flight, that took three days, was one of the most challenging legs of the Round-The-World Solar Flight, the goal of which is to show that the world can be run on clean technologies.
